Took up another baking class d following weekend... but this time it's a 'Fondant n Royal Icing' class... wt d same Chef who taught me during my Cupcake Class.. D class is all about knowing types of icing n placing it on top of d cake. We used whole cake instead of cupcake but d same method apply if u wanna do it on cupcakes.. Learned about cake designing using both fondant n royal icing wt terms like; Frills, Skirting, Table Cloth, Filigree, Scalllop, Ribbon n etc...
