Wanted to enhanced my baking skills, i then went to search for any baking classes somewhere around my area. Lucky enough, after browsing thru d net n 'class-hunting', i found a place in Puchong. It's a bakery supply store n they conduct classes for baking n cooking (u can choose any classes u wanna enroll from their monthly schedule)...

I signed up for d most simple but interesting class - Cupcake Class... The chef's actually a lecturer fr UNITAR (K.J). She thought us fr d very basics of baking cupcakes till decorating n types of icing that can be made as d topping... (wow, i didn't know that there are so many icings in bakery world)...
