HeLLo aGaiN...

It has been a while since my last entry eh?... Got packed up with stuffs that needed to be settle A.S.A.P and at d same time still have to do my daily chores as a wife don't i??? Hubby's mostly at home this time around coz of his loose roster... and I'm likin' it coz it means that we can have MORE quality time 2gether... Bwahahahahaha.....

Anyway, we went to Malacca on Wesak Day to have Ikan Bakar wt my best friend & her hubby... Left house after Maghrib, reached Kampung Alai at 9.30pm & waited for another hour for our food... We were extremely hungry (dinner at 10.30 pm??? what do u expect??) that we finished out every single items that we ordered... Ikan Pari Bakar, Ikan...errrr Goreng, Turmeric Fried Prawns, Deep-Fried Cuttlefish, Chilli Crab, Otak-Otak n whatelse....

After meal we managed a 'Quick-Tour' of Malacca Town... It was impressive what they have done to the city now... Hubby was in shocked as when he left Malacca (MRSM) back in 1991 the town was still as 'Histerical' as it was... but now... u can see a 'WOW' impression on his face... hahaha ;@)

We reached home at nearly 3am (regret that we didn't check-in at any hotel)... with zombiness n drowsiness look... went into d house and zzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZ... we go till nearly noon... hikhik...

Well... enuf said... Here are some cuppies that i made for Mother's Day... Didn't take many orders coz i'm supposed to go somewhere to chill out wt hubby but d plan was cancelled due to over-booking & super-peak hotel rates... Crazy... It's ok, there's alwiz nxt time isn't it... Cheers ;@)

After a long wait (1 month) and cancellation of class due to short of students, i finally begin my Course 2 on 2nd of May... They are 8 students this time around (supposed to be 10 but 2 of 'em cancelled it d very last minute)...

Nothing much on Lesson 1. Just continuation from the previous Course (1) in Piping Method... (Shell Borders, Rosettes & Reversed Shell). We also learned how to mix Royal Icing which will be our main ingredients through out this Course 2. My Instructor is Renuga (Renu)... A very funny yet informative teacher!!!
